Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Playruo handles personal data when you explore our website, ask for a demo, request a playtest, or book a walkthrough.
Who we are
Playruo is operated by eShot Labs, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 910 539 642, with its registered office at 14 rue Beffroy, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
At Playruo, we build browser-based game access that is meant to feel instant, secure, and controlled. We aim for the same standard here: practical information, no surprises.
What this notice covers
This notice applies to personal data we process through our public website, landing pages, contact forms, demo and playtest requests, booking flows, and the related follow-up that takes a visitor from first click to live conversation.
It does not cover third-party websites or services that have their own privacy notices.
Submitting a form or booking a meeting does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to optional cookies or similar technologies. Those choices are handled separately through our cookies and tracking notice.

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the people and providers needed to run the site, keep it secure, answer your request, and manage the relationship.
These may include providers such as Google, Cloudflare, Builder.io, Cal.com, Attio, and Notion, as well as hosting, security, analytics, scheduling, and support providers.
We may also share data when required by law or in connection with a corporate transaction.
For more information about cookies and similar technologies, please see our Cookies & Tracking Notice.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
When that happens, we use safeguards such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above.
In practice, this means we keep contact and booking data for the time needed to manage your request and follow-up, operational records for continuity and compliance, and browser-based choice data until it is cleared, expires, or you change your settings.
We may keep certain information longer if required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
You can contact us at [email protected].
You can also complain to the data protection authority that applies to you. Because eShot Labs is established in France, this may include the CNIL.
